Steven serves to the company as Senior Advisor since October 2022. He joined Topcast since April 2020 and had taken up the role of Chief Executive Officer until October 2022.

Steven is a seasoned veteran in the aviation industry with more than 20 years of global commercial aerospace experience, across the OEM, aftermarket, and MRO sectors.

Prior to joining Topcast, Steven was the Executive Director of Europe Sales for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where he was responsible for leading and coordinating all activities related to commercial aircraft and services sales, including customer relationship management for key Boeing customers. He also worked as the Managing Director for Boeing Global Services in Europe, and the Managing Director for Global Material Sales in Boeing. Before that, Steven served as Managing Director, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East at Aviall, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing specializing in aerospace distribution.

Throughout his career, Steven held various leadership positions in technical, sales, operations, engineering, and marketing functions across commercial, defense, general and business aviation, and MRO services.

Qualifications

Steven holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
